About Holly Lynn

Music has always been Holly’s family. Her father plays bass guitar and sings and her grandmother plays the organ. Holly spent a great deal of time with her as a child and the love of music grew from there. At the age of 11, Holly picked up the bass and joined the praise band for her church, eventually becoming a lead and playing piano and singing. She played saxophone and clarinet all throughout grade school, playing baritone sax and other voices as well. She also participated in wind, concert and chamber ensembles and all-county and all-state. Holly went to Buffalo State for clarinet performance and completed two full recitals during her tenure there. Holly’s passion is teaching private lessons and sharing the gift of music. She started teaching lessons at the age of 15 for a local shop and taught there for 15 years. Holly has said, “Music is for everyone that wants it.”
